PhotoSure stores the uploaded image, generated preview, final export, optional print sheet, payment references, and any email address you choose to provide for receipts or support.
The website also uses a guest-session browser cookie so your in-progress photo, preview, payment, and support context stay tied to the same browser without requiring account signup.
How we use the data
We use uploaded files only to process the selected template, generate previews, unlock paid files, deliver downloads, and review support requests.
We do not describe the service as a public gallery, social profile, or image resale product. Uploads are not intended for public marketing use by default.
How access works
Original uploads and preview assets are tied to the same guest browser session that created them. Paid final files and print sheets are unlocked through time-limited download tokens.
Current paid download links are issued for 24 hours. If a paid link expires before you can retrieve the file, contact support at amity1401@gmail.com with your order details.
Refund guarantee and quality commitment
PhotoSure provides a 100% refund if the delivered output is distorted or does not meet the quality standard shown in the demonstration. This guarantee applies when the final file contains rendering errors, corruption, or distortion that was not visible in the free preview.
Refund requests may require us to review your uploaded image and generated output for quality assessment. This data is used solely to evaluate the support claim and is not shared with third parties. For full terms, see our Refund Policy.
